When and where?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This will allow for unexpected delays and time to park, sign the required waiver, use the restroom, etc. Dress comfortably as you won’t want your movements restricted during the game. We are located at 6906 Kingston Pike, Suite 101, just west of Papermill Road. Our suite is located on the 1st floor (downstairs). Enter on the right side of the building and follow the hall around to to Suite 101.
What do I need to bring?
Absolutely nothing. Everything you need to solve the room will be provided for you. Cell phones are not allowed to be out in the room. A place will be provided in the room for phones, purses, etc.
Is your location wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The building does have a back entrance that is accessible (no stairs) and our rooms are as well. There may be some games/activities that aren’t possible to complete from a chair but that’s where the teamwork comes in. Please let us know on the “special comments” section when booking or give us a call letting us know you may need accommodation so we can make those adjustments.
Are we really locked in?
Yes. But emergency exits are available and our staff are always watching for safety reasons.
Is this scary?
Our games are designed to test your mental and deductive skills, not your fearlessness. Elements of some games may involve solving a crime but at no point is there anything scary in the room. All rooms are family friendly, with puzzles both simple and challenging.
Is there an age limit?
No. Well behaved children (there are breakable elements in the room) are welcome to play – and often do as well or better than adults. Ages 8-15 must play with an adult.
How does ticketing work?
Each room has its minimum and maximum players set to ensure optimal game playability. If you purchase fewer than the maximum number of tickets for your time slot, those slots will be available for someone else to buy.
What if I'm late?
To keep our games running on time we must be very strict on starting (and ending) on time. If you arrive after your scheduled start time you will have less time to escape.
Can I cancel or reschedule my game?
This is a live event and once the reservation is confirmed we can not accept any cancellations or give any refunds. We’ll do our best to reschedule your game for another time with advance notice. Can I book a time not on the schedule?
Possibly. Private events can be scheduled both before and after our normal game hours, based on availability. For more information call 865-540-3800 or email
Can I bring refreshments into the game?
No food or beverages – including alcohol – are allowed in the game room. If any team member is under influence of alcohol or drugs, he/she will be turned away, and no refund will be given.
